The Color Run Presented by Skittles teamed up with local bloggers from across the nation to locate the happiest places in every city of its 2016 UK tour. Known as the ‘Happiest 5K on the Planet’, the event celebrates health and happiness through dazzling displays of colour, and will be returning to London’s Wembley Park on Sunday 12th June 2016.
Yesterday, on Sunday, 20th March, was International Day of Happiness; a globally recognised and celebrated day. With abundant options of happy hideouts in London, these carefully selected spots would make for the perfect fun-filled day of activity…
Alexandra Palace, dubbed ‘The People’s Palace’ has something on offer for every Londoner. Located between Muswell Hill and Wood Green, this venue boasts some of the most breath-taking panoramic views that the capital city has to offer. For any avid runners looking for a new running route, its expansive and impressive views and will make for the perfect Instagram post!
Home to one of the biggest beer gardens in London, The Duke of Edinburgh pub in Brixton is the perfect location to spend a relaxing afternoon. From the outside, you’d never know this place was home to such an impressive outdoor space. Make sure to try the BBQ food, and for all football fans, stop by on game day to soak up the fun and lively atmosphere.

The Color Run Presented by Skittles at London’s Wembley Park takes place on Sunday 12th June 2016 at 3pm.
