Play in the Wild UK

Play in the Wild UK is a trail running organisation focusing on guided runs, coaching, workshops and encouraging every runner, no matter how much (or little) experience of running wild you have, to be part of the ever growing global trail running movement. Play in the Wild was founded in 2018 in the Chiltern hills, Bedfordshire by all round trail lover, UKA qualified running coach and Salomon Running / Suunto ambassador. Mags Dempsey. Play in the Wild is now expanding across the UK, with the Lake District the newest location.Play in the Wild was created to give runners the opportunity to explore their local trails. Mags realised that despite her backyard of the Chilterns having many bridleways and pathways, most of them were untouched by runners and walkers alike. Within the UK we have so many trails, most of which are easily accessible but just require some knowledge to explore. Being part of the Play in the Wild community allows you to explore these trails more easily (and with more fun!)
