**COVID19 STATEMENT**
As per the UK government guidelines we will be asking all participants to follow the Play in the Wild UK COVID19 statement and to fill out the COIVD19 Health Questionnaire. Please ensure you fill this out before attending any events, failure to do so will result in non attendance.

Health Questionnaire: PLAY IN THE WILD UK COVID19 HEALTH QUESTIONNAIRE
Play in the Wild UK guided run from Rydal bridge is a beautiful route that takes you along Rydal Water where you will see the views of Loughrigg Fell and the Langdale Mountains, you will also follow the Coffin Route that will bring you out onto White Moss walks before making your way up to Loughrigg Fell itself.
This will then take you to explore the Rydal Caves which gives you the best photo opportunities and time to have some fun in the water if its a hot day.
This run is classed as an easy run as per the Play in the Wild UK Play Guide as it gives you an opportunity to run along some compact trails before heading up onto the smaller fells in the area.
Distance: 10km/ 6.2miles
Elevation: 393m/ 1,289ft
Time: 2.5hrs - We ask that you are able to run this distance over this time comfortably as it will make the experience more enjoyable for you.
Location: Meet at Pelter Bridge Car Park
Play in the wild UK has passion for trail running and building community so every run is social and support is given at any time, we are there to explore the nature, enjoy the views, build relationships, chat, and have a good time and don't worry we always have breaks during the runs.
As with all our runs we do expect all runners to come prepared, as this run is based in the Lake District the weather can change at any time so all guided runs have a mandatory kit list which will be checked before each run.

-sun cream/hat (weather depending)

-Gloves
-Waterproof Jacket
-Waterproof trousers
-Thermal top
All the routes are chosen by our team of experienced run leaders so we can ensure they are safe and ready to run. This run will be led by Mags- an experienced trail runner, Salomon Athlete and running coach she is first aid trained and on hand to offer support at any time.
All guided runs are now limited to 12 people including the run lead, as per the government guidelines. If the event is full please join the waiting list and you will be notified when a pace becomes available.
