Ever wanted to get out and explore the trails at night, but worried about navigation, or think it might be too advanced?

Come and join Play in the Wild UK on an "introduction to Night Trail running" event, to help you take on that first step off the road and onto the trails at night.

Intro to Night trail running is great for runners who are new to the trails or looking to build confidence to run during the night. These runs are designed to get you exploring and running over varied terrain with a lower elevation gain, the route will be offering compact /woodland trails which are very runnable, small hills and a little bit of technical running.

This Intro To Night Trails run takes you on a 8k run, starting at the beautiful riverside village of Hurley. We will start the run with one hill to navigate, where we can practice some technique and then we make our way through a range of trails, before descending back down to the river and follow the Thames Path to Hurley.

Trail running is less about pace and more about PEACE, as you take in the beautiful 360 degree surroundings. this run is aimed at those new to trails, but experienced runners are welcome to come and join and support, showing how great the trail running community is.
