In January 2013 I decided to stop smoking & to loose weight. I achieved this through running & am now 5.5 stone lighter. On Tuesday 2nd Aug 2016 I completed my first marathon distance with Ben having previously only trained up to half marathon distance. It was a humbling & inspirational day.
