Welcome to Kinross Road Runners!

Kinross Road Runners is a local club open to amateur runners of all abilities; all you need is an interest in running.

Runners are welcome to join our club training sessions, which are held on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and the first Sunday of each month.

Tuesday evenings: We always meet at 7pm at Kirkgate Park. Generally this is an interval/faster running session. All interval training sessions are based on time (not distance) to allow us to remain together as a group and input equal effort for all abilities. New members are welcome.

Wednesday evenings: Trail run night, route & location varies every week. Please refer to the training schedule/weekly email reminder. The distance is between 4 & 6 miles. These runs are a coach led group and always begin at 7pm at the start of the run.

Thursday evenings: Either interval or hills sessions. Locations vary. Please refer to training schedule/weekly email reminder.

Additionally we also have a social Sunday group run. This is an informal off road group run following a prescribed route map. Held only on the first Sunday of each month, we begin at 10.30am at the start of the run. Please refer to training schedule/weekly email reminder.

Please see the training section for more up to date information on the training schedule. Anyone who is interested in joining us is more than welcome to contact one of the committee.

Throughout the year Kinross Road Runners host 3 races; Loch Leven Half Marathon, Milnathort Dash, and Path of Condie Half Marathon. Sign-up to hear about each of these events here.

We also organise social events and encourage our members to enter races either as individuals or part of a team.
