At nearly 45 you might think I’m mad, you might think even insane but if I have some to aim for I love running. What could be better than to run and earn money for a charity! Cynthia Spencer is such a great cause and do so much good work in Northampton. £135 pays for a nurse to look after some one over night, such a small amount of money will do such a great thing.
