A club for NHS Couch to 5k and Beyond. From humble origins, free podcasts/app that got a bunch of unfit people off their couches and, in around 9 weeks, out running for 30 minutes 3 times a week - not only that, but helped them forge new friendships and become part of an amazing, supportive and fun virtual community (not always virtual, as the numbers grow, so too are the race and parkrun meetings). This platform gives us a chance to share our runs, join in club specific and wider challenges and compete together against other clubs and add to the fun. Beginners and graduates are all welcome, including from other C25K programmes. A mixed bunch, whether you are a road runner, trail runner, hill runner, like short or long distances, even other activities like cycling, swimming, yoga..... Remember, every mile counts!
