Oi Oi i am at it again. Being an utter prat and running the half marathon again. Its for a good cause: Headway as standard. Headway Northampton is a community based centre, offering specialist, social and therapeutic activities on a daily basis for individuals with brain injury. I teach there and love it.

I am not built for running, or even walking at a moderate pace so as usual will question my life choices at mile 3, 4 and the rest of every step I take. I will hate it and probably do myself a real injury. My hip is still an issue from last half marathon and I am still under treatment for the other things. 

However if you sponsor me....you *may* get into heaven or you at the very least get bragging rights that I am self destructive and will pay dearly for it. So sponsor me to humilate and humble this muppet.
