Thanks for supporting my fundraising for Cransley Hospice.
In April 2019 my beautiful friend Gemma lost her husband Kyle to cancer. The team at Cransley Hospice were able to provide Kyle, Gemma, and her family the most amazing care and support in the last weeks of his life…a truly special team who help to make those last few weeks as special and comfortable as they can.
Any donations no matter how small will be greatly appreciated - even just a share or a mention in memory of Kyle, in support of Gemma and their two beautiful children, and to raise as much awareness as possible of the wonderful end of life care given by Cransley Hospice … ♥️
