Hello all!
On Saturday 6th April 2024 I will be running the Rose of the Shires Ultramarathon, an 80km run around the beautiful rolling hills of Northamptonshire (the second garden of England, after Rochdale).
I will be running alongside a good friend Andy, who is flying in from the States the day before, whilst raising money for a charity very close to my heart, Child Bereavement UK.
The event is fully tracked, so feel free to follow along from the comfort of your sofa!
A little bit about Child Bereavement UK...
Child Bereavement UK helps children, parents and families to rebuild their lives when a child grieves or when a child dies. We support children and young people up to the age of 25 who are facing bereavement, and anyone impacted by the death of a child of any age.
Child Bereavement UK provides training to professionals in health and social care, education, the voluntary and corporate sectors, equipping them to provide the best possible care to bereaved families.
