I will be running for two charities,  British Heart Foundation & Plastic Free North Devon

Here's some information about the charities and why I am running for them.

British Heart Foundation

The British Heart Foundation undertakes vital research into heart conditions. Their research has revolutionised how they treat heart diseases, such as heart attacks, heart rhythm problems and congenital heart defects. Heart diseases still cause heartbreak on every street, in every office, in every school. BHF's research is a crucial step towards beating heartbreak forever.

Having lost my father at such a young age to heart disease, I feel passionate about the research BNF do, and I hope my contributions to the charity help others going through this terrible disease. Little did I know being around 8 years old, this disease would not only impact my life forever, but hundreds of thousands around me.

Plastic Free North Devon

Plastic Free North Devon is a local environmental charity on a mission to protect and improve our environment through community-led action.

Being out in the natural environment is a huge must for me, it is so important to relax, unwind and destress. Therefore, keeping our great North Devon coastlines clean is a must.

By connecting people with their natural surroundings through experience and education; supporting sustainable behaviour change and promoting environmental action they hope to deliver a radical transformation towards a healthier relationship with the natural world.

Proceeds will be split between both charities equally.
