Hello! I have made the questionable decision to attempt to run the 43 mile country to capital race this January in support of the Lewis Foundation. I think this is probably a little ambitious considering I've not yet run a marathon, but that can come at a later date perhaps.

In order to have the motivation to push through the pain and cold I am running in support of the Lewis foundation, who deliver much needed weekly gifts to cancer patients in hospital. Given the current state of things in the country, these small acts of kindness will be appreciated more than ever by those who need them the most. If you can contribute anything then anything greatly appreciated, both by me and the foundation, but if not then no worries, times are tough for everyone.
