Health Questionnaire: PLAY IN THE WILD UK COVID19 HEALTH QUESTIONNAIRE

Ever wanted to get out and explore the trails, but worried about navigation, think it might be too hilly, well this run is to help you take that first step off the road and onto the trails.

This Intro To Trails run takes you on a 9k run, starting at Wooburn Park. We have one hill to navigate, where we can practice some technique and then it's a gently flowing downhill to the river, passing a 12th Century Priory. We then make our way along the trails towards Cookham and back through Bourne End and onto Wooburn Park to finish.

Trail running is less about pace and more about PEACE, as you take in the beautiful 360 degree surroundings. This run is aimed at those new to trails, but experienced runners are welcome to come and join and support, showing how great the trail running community is.
