About the event
SwimRun
This is an epic sprint distance 18K event. 3X Swim 3X Run, distances and maps and all details are on the website.
Swim sections: openwater River-Thames downstream. Stunning!!!
Running
Mixed landscapes, mostly through the hilly semi-ancient woodlands of Wytham. This is a site of special scientific interest . Outstanding and beautiful.
Other run sections include running the Thames path; these are flat sections through the organic pastures. This is an off road, cross -country style. There is a very short road transition between fields and woodlands. All in all a fantastic route through private landscapes.
