About the event
This is a new event for 2024. Coinciding with the North Wessex downs/Marlborough council Dark Skies festival.
Starting and finishing at Marlborough Rugby Club. Just after sunset (5:30pm)
The route takes runners around a anti-clockwise loop, up on to the Ridgeway, through Barbury Castle and Avebury. And around Milk hill, which we hope will be one of the stand out views for the evening.
At just shy of 60km and 1000m of vert, this will be a great test for beginner and seasoned runners.
