Walk in your lunchbreak or have a walking meeting , run (Couch to 5k is great!) try a new fitness class , swim with a friend , get on your bike , dance, boogie & shake your #CENSOR#!
Step 2: Keep motivated!
Recommended guidance of activity for adults is 150 minus per week (aim to be active every day, thats 10 hours of activity in March as a target!)
