Dartmouth Open Water Swim - June 10th 2023
About the event
As part of the Dartmouth Triathlon weekend we are offering you a chance to do a 1500m or 750m swim in the stunning clear water of Blackpool Sands in Devon.
Kit Requirements
This swim normally requires a wetsuit as the water temperature is likely to be below 14C . (See our FAQ). Experienced open water swimmers who wish to swim skins please email us in advance.

Organiser
Our mission is to deliver excellent endurance sports events to a wide range of ages & abilities. Our events include triathlons & duathlons, open water swimming, gravel and road cycling sportives & road & trail running races.
We work #CENSOR# delivering excellent events. And that is a challenge as no venue is perfect and dealing with landowners, traffic, councils, the general public & other stakeholders can be tough.
In October 2020 we moved some running races, previously co-organised as part of the Wild Night Run Series, under the Sportiva umbrella. And in August 2021 we acquired some cycling sportives, previously run by Just Event. Like all event organisers we’ve had a tough couple of years with the pandemic but are hoping for a return to near-normality in 2022.
We couldn’t deliver these events without a great team of people including Helen Simcoe Walker, Nigel Evans, Dawn Lamerton, Rachel Harvey & Tim Mockford.
