CARLISLE TRI 10K | 1st June 2022

There will be a short race briefing at 6:45pm in the Bell Hall before the race starts at 7pm.

The 10k route uses mainly quiet country roads. The run will finish directly in front of the racecourse grandstand. This is an officially measure and certified accurate course by the Association of UK Course Measurers. There will be a water station just past the halfway point. There will be a water station at the finish for you to collect a bottle of water from.

 Results will be available on line and will be updated as the event progresses. The prize ceremony will take place as soon as possible after the event. Prizes will be awarded for the following (subject to entries):

1st 2nd 3rd Male/Female Open.

1st Male / Female 40 – 49.

1st Male / Female 50 – 59.

1st Male / Female 60 – 69.
