09:30 start The 5k, is an open to all event … this does mean results wont appear on Run Britain rankings, but anyone aged 12 plus can join us and dogs are fully welcome :) (woof!) A trail run in fantastic surroundings on a lovely course ... we will be using a few elements from our annual adventure race... dont worry no horse obstacles, water jumps or climbing ... but maybe a bit of festive mud !
