The sessions will be structured with a 15 minute warm up, with a 20-30 minute session and a 15 minute cool down. Each session will be suitable for all abilities and paces, however we do ask that you can run at least 5km.
These sessions are designed to improve your 5km and 10km run times.
All our sessions are fun, inclusive and motivating. They are a place to make friends whilst getting fit!

In addition to our running tours, we organise run training sessions. These sessions are designed to improve your 5km and 10km run times. Our sessions are designed to suit all abilities. Each session is unique and is set in different locations in Bath. Our sessions are designed around a warm up jog to our location, then the session itself is on a circuit so no one is left behind or is last, followed by a cool down jog back to the start.
