Over the Xmas period we have a month away from football and have a prime opportunity to better ourselves as athletes. This is our off season and we need to take advantage of it. If we call ourselves 'The Swarm' then we need to be flying around the field, to do this we need to be in top shape. Football is a 4 quarters game and we need to be fresh until the very last snap. We haven't got depth at every position so you can be damn sure that you are going to be on the field a long time and are going to need that extra juice.Over the course of this month I challenge everyone to run at least 50 miles in our offseason so we can be ready to hit the ground running on our first training session back. Lets use this page as a place to post about your any workout that you do over the xmas period. Lets not turn up in January with pot bellies full of mince pies, be ready to bring the heat! Our coaches put in so much dedication into making us into better players, lets repay them by being ready for action come January! So get down the gym and lift heavy, start pounding the pavement and get your nose in the playbook during our time off! Lets show everyone what being in the #swarm is all about!
