Please note that the medal we are now posting out is different to the original one posted on social media/ by mailer on 

There are 2 different distances to choose; 10k or 10miles

Participate & complete your challenge between 1st May - 31st May 2020

You can earn the medal in your own time. but should aim for one of these distances - even if you break them up across several days.

SPRINT DISTANCE = 5K / 20K / 2.5K OR (3.11 / 12.5 / 1.55 in miles)

STANDARD DISTANCE = 10K / 40K / 5K OR (6.22 / 25 / 3.11 in miles)

  You can run / cycle the distances you choose in one go OR make it a cumulative challenge - adding up your runs / walks / rides until you hit the distance you want to achieve!

THE MEDAL

The medal is made in antique silver coloured metal with a champion laurel wreath surrounding a glossy chequered finish flag background with a cut out letter 'R' in the centre. It includes the text 'RUN - BIKE - RUN' &  'Duathlon Rockingham' 

SBR Events have been successful in reducing waste & single-use plastic at our events. We hope by recycling these medals we can keep the environment a little cleaner.

We hope you love them as much as we do!

The ribbons are navy blue with white text  - 'Duathlon Rockingham 2015' & both the medal & ribbon were previously used at Rockingham Speedway for an SBR Event (sadly this venue has now closed).

Keep them as they are - or grab a sharpie & change to 2020!

Please ensure you run, walk or cycle within social distance guidelines at all times & that you stick to one exercise per day rule to keep everyone safe!
