Join me, a Salomon sponsored ultra runner and coach, for a day of trail running coaching. This day is aimed at all levels and will give you the tools and knowledge to run trails with total confidence and enjoyment. Numbers are strictly limited on each date, ensuring that you get quality time with me as a coach and enables me to answer all your questions throughout the day.
Our location is perfect, offering excellent transport links and access to a variety of trails.
New to trail running? Perfect, this day is for you, regardless of ability you will be able to take part, all I ask is that you can run 5km to be able to enjoy all the sessions.
I also have trail running shoes available to test from my sponsor Salomon.
Itinerary
10am - Welcomes and introductions.
10:30am - 2 hour session on the trails covering technique assessment, uphill and downhill technique, foot placement and more.
12:30pm - Lunch in the Percy Arms (sandwich and/or soup and a soft drink included in price) and discussion covering nutrition and trail running Q+A.
2pm - Basic navigation.
2:30pm - 5km trail run to put into practise all we have covered throughout the day.
4pm - Finish (optional beer in the pub).
