Winter Nuts is back for 2026 with a new format!
Take on our5km winter course - As many laps as you can before the 1pm cutoff time!
We've kept all the best bits of the course to make a fast 5km loop that is a whole new Challenge. Who will set the record for the most laps?
You can choose 1 lap, 2 laps or limitless and see how many you can do!

THIS IS THE NUTS CHALLENGE! Nuts is a 7-28k obstacle race in Surrey near London. You can run for charity, competitively or just for fun. The assault course is also available all year round and we run special obstacle race training sessions for the Nuts Challenge. The course is a muddy fun event whatever your level – either 1 or 2 laps, or for Winter Nuts we see the return of 4 laps for the British Obstacle Sports Endurance League!
