Wild Dart Swim and Aquathlon 19

The Wild Dart Swim and Aquathlon is now an established part of the open water swimming calendar in Devon. Our chip timed 2.5k and 5k swim in the Dart with full water safety coverage, offers a worthy challenge in its own right. Now in its second year in 2019: A 15k aquathlon course offers a hilly, partly off road 8.5mile run to complement the 2.5k swim. Also a shorter 7k distance.

NB: Wetsuits/trisuits are not now mandatory due to the recent high temperatures. Tow floats are also non mandatory. 

2k sprint aquathlon starts at 8.30am

2.5k & 7k/15k aquathlons start at 9.45am

5k starts at 10.05am

What's included:

Chip timing for all participants

Swim caps for all finishers 

Excellent water safety backup team

Refreshments and (hopefully) hot showers afterwards

Transport back from Sharpham for 2.5k swimmers 

Full results published within 48 hours
