After all ballot tickets have been drawn, a waiting list will be available to join. The link to join this waiting list will show above.
All unsuccessful entrants from the ballot will automatically be added to the waiting list, please do not join this waiting list if you entered this years ballot, your entry will not be counted a second time.
We will not disclose each individuals current position on the waiting list, you will be shown your position when you join - please do not email EtchRock or the organiser to find out your updated position on the list. You will be contacted by email if a place becomes available for you. If you receive an email with a link to claim a ticket, you will have 24 hours to claim the ticket before the opportunity is passed to the next person on the waiting list. Please add system@etchrock.com to your contact list to ensure you don't miss an opportunity to claim a ticket.
P.S. Don't lose hope because the waiting list is long, a large number of people drop out close to event day and not many people are marathon fit and ready to claim a ticket ;)

The inaugural Marathon Eryri was held in 1982, and was conceived as a dramatic alternative to the numerous city and town races becoming so popular. The demanding and spectacular route, encircling Yr Wyddfa, the highest peak across England and Wales, has given the event a unique place in the annual marathon calendar ever since.
