Volunteers get lunch, a t-shirt, and free or discounted race entry (depending on time committed).
· Full-day volunteers (12 hours) receive a free individual race entry (50% off a team entry)
· Half-day volunteers (6 hours) receive a half-price individual entry (25% off a team entry)
