About the events

Join me, a Salomon sponsored ultra runner and coach, for a some fun on the trails on this trail running workshop. This workshop is aimed at all levels and will give you the tools and knowledge to run trails with total confidence and enjoyment. We will cover every aspect of trail running during our time together, and also answer all your trail running questions.

You will leave feeling educated, excited and enthusiastic to take on the trails confidently, and take your trail running to another level.

Poor technique and strategy on the trails can lead to injury, by learning how to run trails properly, confidently and efficiently, you can save yourself hundreds of pounds in physio visits! This workshop will give you the knowledge to push your running onto the next level and beyond.

Numbers are strictly limited on each date, ensuring that you get quality time with me as a coach and enables me to answer all your questions throughout the day.

New to trail running? Perfect, this day is for you, regardless of ability you will be able to take part, all I ask is that you can run 5km to be able to enjoy the sessions.

I also have trail running shoes available to test from my sponsor Salomon.

What will we cover?

We will work our way around a wonderful variety of trails, learning and practicing the various techniques needed to be a confident and efficient trail runner. During our time together, we will begin by giving you a technique assessment, then start working on basic trail techniques, foot placement, uphill technique (walking and running), downhill technique and much more.
