About the event
The Rock Sea swim at South Milton Sands, is a 750m and 1500m sea swim through the 'the needle' of the iconic Thurlestone Rock and forms part of the Rock Hard Coast weekend, September 4th and 5th.
It is fully supported swim by our sea safety team and includes
- -a medal for all finishers
- -vitamin sachets from out sponsor Zuki
- -branded swim cap
- -camping
- -parking
- -change tents
