The Ilkley Half Marathon 2023
About the event
The Ilkley Half Marathon is organised by Ilkley Round Table to raise funds for local good causes. In 2019, our inaugural year, we raised £35,000 from the event which went to a number of local organisations across Wharfedale to support the community. We exceeded this amount in 2021 when we returned from a short break!
Our event is for every level of runner. Make it your first ever half marathon or challenge yourself in the beautiful Yorkshire countryside in a fully road closed event.

The Ilkley Half Marathon has been organised by the Ilkley and District Round Table (IRT), a fundraising organisation based in Ilkley. Over the last 10 years IRT have raised over £500,000 through a variety of events, including (and most notably) the Ilkley Beer Festival, which is held each February in the Kings Hall and Winter Gardens, Ilkley.
