Saturday 12th June 2021
You have 6 hours to complete as many laps of our challenging 5.1 km course - 4km trail running and 1.1km swimming in a beautiful part of Snowdonia National Park. Each lap has 200m height gain.
This could be your first experience of swimrun, or a chance to set the 6hr record, and really hone your swimrun skills for a big race in the future. Fast: 1 lap per 45mins; Steady: 1 lap per 1hr 15m
This swimrun race format is very inclusive: a team who are hoping to qualify for the OtillO World Championships should aim to complete at least 8 laps; or you can just bimble around at walking pace, and have tea & cake between laps. Challenge by choice.
