SwimRun event: Half Stump 7K Run 1.2K swim 1X run 1X swim perfect for a first time experience, of SwimRun.
Set in semi-ancient woodlands, a perfect place for this cross-country style SwimRun with some tough hills and open pastures to navigate.
Swim sections: Set in the River Thames, going downstream, with the flow. These upper parts of the River Thames are very beautiful and scenic.
Tow floats, hand paddles, pull buoys are all accepted. You carry everything you need from start to finish.
