About the event
Lock 2 Lock SwimRun run is a fantastic adventure set in the organic landscapes including,, semi-ancient woodlands and the River Thames down-stream water's.
1000 acre's of woodlands trails to explore, we have selected a route which includes some hills, flats ,and down sections, meandering through the woodland's cross -country trails.
Full Stump 3X swim 3X runs : 4K Swim total, 14.K Run Total
Half Stump 1 X Swim 1 X Run 1.2K Swim 7K Run.
This event was voted third best SwimRun In the uk By Red Bull 2019-2020.
