The Super Sprint Duathlon is back on for 2022! Held at the Ageas Bowl, the home of Hampshire Cricket, this super sprint duathlon is an awesome run/bike/run design for those wanting to give a Duathlon a go or if you want a quick spin.
Start by running twice around the stands of the cricket ground giving you awesome views of the pitch and transiting right under the stands. The bike is a straightforward route on public highways and with an 8am start it means the roads will be nice and quiet. The final run is a victory lap around the stadium to finish.

We are one of the leading organisers of mutisports events on the South Coast. We host 10 events from Swanage in the West, Hythe in the East and Thruxton to the North. We have triathlons, aquathlons, duathlons and aquabike events for you to "tri"
Cycling Events
We host 3 sportives each year (and hopefully a 4th in 2021). With distances between 47 and 102-miles, our sportives offer something for everyone.
Running Events
We host 6 running events each year, from closed road, to beach and trail runs we offer 5K, 5-mile, 10K, half Marathon and full Marathon distances.
Swimming Events
We host at least 3 swimming events each year with two sea swims, at least one lake swim and possibly a river swim too.
