Stonewall Century bicycle ride

This is a 102.4 mile bicycle fun ride starting in La Veta, CO traveling on Route 12 (Highway of Legends) to Segundo, CO.  and back.  We have 5 aiid stations that can be used each direction except for the first aid station.  The ride is protected by 2 highway patrol troopers.  We have SAG drivers along the route and EMTs available on each side of Cuchara Pass.  We have incredibly friendly volunteers at each aid station to offer water, Skratch drink, fruits, nuts, bars, and homemade goodies (our slogan is:  Scenic, challenging, Delicious).  The stonewalls are beautiful and interesting.  The ride has 7000+ feet elevation.  We have a great BBQ with beer, water, and lemonade at the end of the ride.  We have music at the post-ride venue.  We have a drawing with wonderful prizes donated by Osprey, Kristi Mountain Sports in Alamosa CO., and Great Divide bike shop in Pueblo, CO.  This year we are offering bicycle jerseys, but you must register by June 15th to be guaranteed one.  Our price goes up $10 June 20.  Visit spcycling.org for all the details.  Early registration is $85, standard regitration up to July 15th is $95, and late registration is $110.  You can register the day of the ride.  We are on FB and Instagram if you would like to see pictures.  this year's ride is the 19th annual ride.
