Ruthin Evening 5k- 7th September 2022

Event Details

Bespoke events have selected quality running routes, good accessibility and stunning backdrops. We pledge to do the simple things well; extremely well. A way-marked and measured 5K route, free parking, with superb event centre facilities and of course, some truly inspiring running, the last 250 metres you will climb 12 steps towards the finish line.

The Start line for this race is a 5 minute walk from the Finish.

Please note the course is an open road course.

All 5k running events require runners to be aged 11+

Please note that headphones are not allowed during this events, this is a new rule from Welsh Athletics. Should anyone not comply to this rule they will be disqualified

Includes a Finishers Race Medal.

6:00pm – Car park & registration opens

6:30pm – Briefing and warm up

6:45pm – Start of the Ruthin 5K Race

Our hugely popular 5K course, takes you on road, on a journey through the country side, eventually coming home to Ysgol Brynhyfryd

There are no feeding stations on this course, make sure you have your own supplies.

Parking:

Ysgol Brynhyfryd car park parking is free of charge. We advise that you arrive early to make your experience of getting through the registration process stress free.

Please follow the signs and marshal instructions to use the dedicated race parking.

Toilets:

Please note that there is toilets at the Front entrance and also around the back as you walk in through the main door.
