The Rocky Horror Swim Run incorporates a 15 mile, 7 mile and 3.5 mile swim run and includes the stunning Thurlestone Bay (home of Thurlestone Rock), Hope Cove and the Salcombe Estuary. It is part of the Rock Sea Sports Weekend at South Milton Sands and is the first event in this year's South West Swim Run Series. Bring your family for a day out in early summer. Participants can park for free and feast at the nearby Shack and Sloop. There will be plenty else going on for the rest of the family and friends who want to come and spectate.
