Record your Nordic Walking miles in 2016 challenge yourself
to reach either 600 miles or 1,000 miles during the year.
Sounds a lot of steps but break it down and you will be surprised
that it is within your reach.
To get the best out of Nordic Walking as with any exercise you need to be doing it regularly and certainly more than once a week! The guidance is that adults should do at least 150 minutes of exercise per week. Aiming to do 600 miles per year is very realistic and 1000 miles is also achievable!
