LOCK TO LOCK SWIMRUN

FULL STUMP 3 SWIMS 3 RUNS  4K TOTAL SWIM 14.4K RUN

HALF STUMP 1 SWIM 1 RUN  1.2K SWIM 7K RUN

Set in the 1000 acrers of  semi ancient woodlandsc.Tthis incredible landscape has so much beauty to offer.

Run sections will be through organic pastures a small road section and mainly undulating woodland trails , off road running at its finest.

Wild Thames swim routes are fantastic and full of natural raw environmental beauty. 

We will support you the whole way...  this SwimRun event is for solo entries  and pairs.
