Should you miss a day of your challenge, it will be deemed a DNF. You must upload your run to Etchrock daily. Your runs can be anywhere, road, trail, track or treadmill. As long as the daily required distance is completed, you are good to progress! There will be a choice to split the run also. For example, if you are on a 6km day, you could walk the dog for 3km and run 3km later that day! As long as your distance has been met, you are golden!
