Hedgehog Half Marathon 2020

Venue: Normanby Hall Country Park

Distance: 1/2 marathon 

Event dates: Complete your half marathon by midnight on October the 12th :) 

Sadly we found out on the Tuesday of event week that the North Lincolnshire Public Health team are cancelling all major events in the area for the next eight weeks. This is due to the increase in the R number. 

This was a huge surprise for us after successfully delivering the incredibly successful and covid safe Normanby 10k event at the park just 3 weeks earlier.

We would love all those that entered the Half Marathon 'physical' event to now please join us this weekend 'virtually' and we will not only send your medal out but a cake bake, a bespoke Curlys long sleeve technical training top and buff. (transfer and refund options also available). 

If you were already entered into the Hedgehog Half Marathon event you don't need to do anything we will automatically move you across to the virtual option, and send out all your goodies, plus make our donation to the Hedgehogs! 

We're very happy to be working with local charity Andrew's Hedgehog Hospital once again to help raise awareness of these fabulous animals and support fundraising towards the amazing work this army of volunteers do. 

If you're really feeling the hedgehog theme then feel free to dress up as we will have a special trophy for "esprit de hérisson award" (spirit of hedgehog) on the day.
