About the events

Join this stunning run around the Devil's Punchbowl in Hindhead, Surrey. The Devil's Punchbowl is unique, a natural amphitheatre and beauty spot. Legend has it that the devil spent his time tormenting the #CENSOR# Thor by pelting him with enormous handfuls of earth, leaving the great bowl that visitors can see today. In reality, this area offers fantastic running along some stunning trails. You will be guided by myself, an experienced ultra runner, running coach and Salomon athlete.

This 10km is designed to be fun but tough, we will enjoy some fantastic trails and lots of lovely hills. The good news is that we will pause at the top to enjoy the spectacular views. You can take the hills at your own pace and we will encourage each other.

I will lead the run and it is a great opportunity to get all your running questions answered.

Sunset runs occur during the lighter, warmer months and offer stunning running at dusk, with cool temperatures and fantastic views, the perfect end to any day.

Night runs occur during the darker, colder months and offer the unique experience of running trails at night by headtorch, in a safe group environment.

Pace: This is not a race! We will run as a group and share this experience together. You should be able to run between 10-11 min/miles and have a good level of fitness. First timers encouraged!

Kit: A full kit list will be provided, I have Salomon Sense Ride and Speedcross 4 trail shoes available to test, please state your size during registration if interested.

Torches: Running Adventures are proud to partner with Ledlenser and have the latest Ledlenser torches for you to trial on the run.

Getting there: Parking is available. Full details will be provided.
