Castle 5K Series

The event uses a mixture of park paths, Pavements and quiet roads which are flat or gently undulating. The road surfaces are generally okay. Caution should be taken at all turns, paying attention to marshals wherever necessary.

The route will be an officially measured 5km route. The run will start close to the sheepmount Stadium and finish inside the sheepmount on the track. Athletes are requested to follow the race director’s instructions and be aware of the dangers of cars and cyclists.
