The BUFF 10k is here!

December 3rd 2022 we’re back hosting at the beautiful Afan Forest. With previous years being a great success with big turnouts, we are happy to return in 2022

This has become of the most popular trail 10k’s in Wales. A great race to set yourself an end of year challenge.

The course has some of the most spectacular views a runner can imagine, in one of the most remarkable forestry heathlands in the UK. The course will certainly put your running abilities to the test, but you will most certainly be entertained…trail shoes are advised over the mixed terrain this route has to offer!
