About the event
NUTS 3K WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS QUALIFIER - April 23rd St. George's day celebration event.
A fast paced 3k race designed by a World and European short course champion, with a good mix of European and British obstacles to test the UKs best racers. With no water obstacles in the race it will be a good chance to see who has got the skills to take on the worlds best at the FISO World Championships, and a great way of beginners getting a taste of what the big championships are like.
Age Group National Trials 3k course - Open to all.

THIS IS THE NUTS CHALLENGE! Nuts is a 7-28k obstacle race in Surrey near London. You can run for charity, competitively or just for fun. The assault course is also available all year round and we run special obstacle race training sessions for the Nuts Challenge. The course is a muddy fun event whatever your level – either 7, 14, 21 or 28k!! If your feeling tough and have run the course before, why not sign up for Nuts Limitless – How many laps can you do? You will encounter mud, a water assault course, climbing, crawling and challenging obstacles all the way round – Nuts is guaranteed to be a once in a lifetime experience!
