The triathlon will start in Conningbrook Lake, before competitors head out of the Julie Rose Stadium, onto quiet, scenic country roads through Wye, before returning to transition at trackside. The run section is a mix of paths and grass around Conningbrook lake, before returning to the stadium to cross the finish line.
