Take on a world-class endurance challenge on Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon), the highest mountain in England and Wales, standing at 1,085 metres (3,560 feet). Based in Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park, this 24-hour event challenges participants to ascend and descend the mountain as many times as possible within the time limit.
Starting and finishing at the foot of this iconic peak, solo runners will test both physical and mental limits. The current solo record is 8 full ascents — will you aim to match or exceed it? Snowdon 24 is UTMB-indexed and offers solo categories over 50k, 100k, and 100-mile distances, making it an ideal qualifier or training race for UTMB Mont Blanc.
The event can also be completed as a team of up to five, using a relay format. Whether you're competing with friends, colleagues, or clubmates, each member contributes to the collective effort — from a single ascent to multiple laps. It’s a memorable and inclusive way to take on a major challenge, set a team goal, or raise funds for a good cause.
