Join the Active Dales team at parks across Derbyshire for a 3k walk, jog, wheel or run challenge.

Simply pick your start time and make a £2.50 donation (which goes to your local park) and at the end you'll be greeted with music, smiles, water and a medal!

If you can't make the day then you can choose to join us in your own time, download the run directions from our website (or make up your own 3k route) and then we will post you out a medal :) 

If you're doing the run in your own time please complete you run by the end of January :)
