The Samaritans Big Green 24 hour Cycle - 1st July 2023

We are now 100% confirmed and ready to go with the first ever Samaritans 24 hour Big Green Cycle event! 

24 teams, 24 hours! 

Taking place on the incredibly unique venue at Quibell park outdoor Velodrome (one of only very few in the UK).

Teams of 6 to take on the 24 cycle challenge (riding in a relay system, so one rider at a time)

We only have very very limited spaces, so stay tuned for team opportunities.

Samaritans is here for anyone struggling to cope – day or night, 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. Taking action to prevent people reaching crisis point, helping people find ways to cope and learn the skills to be there for others. They campaign to make suicide prevention a priority.

Scunthorpe Samaritans celebrate their 60th anniversary in 2023, so what better way to help promote the incredible service the Samaritans provide. We're hoping to fundraise and raise awareness through the event.
